Your Memorial Profile remains completely safe. Simply let us know at biuro@takzyli.pl and we will send a new medallion to the address you provide. The cost is 25 zł - this only covers the cost of the medallion and shipping.
Each medallion contains a unique QR code which, when scanned with a smartphone, takes you straight to the Memorial Profile. The QR codes are durable and weather-resistant. Simply point your phone's camera at the code to open the profile.
Yes, all paid plans are a one-time fee. We do not charge any subscriptions, recurring fees or hidden costs. After a single payment, you have long-term access to the Memorial Profile.
